Wrong Address Policy

We are sorry that this happened. We understand that mistakes can happen, and we will try our best to do what we can to get our products to you ASAP!


Unfortunately, as a seller, we can only ship to the address that is provided to us through your order.


As a small business and every time there is a wrong address given to us, we end up losing money. Not just losing profit, but losing money out of our own pocket. You can help us to continue to offer Free Shipping and maintain the price of the products by not asking for a refund when you put in the wrong address.


If you have provided the wrong address here are some options:

  1. You can use the tracking number to contact Australia Post regarding your shipping address to see if they can assist you.

  2. If possible try to call or visit the address where the package had been delivered to see whether you can retrieve the package.

Otherwise, we would like our customers to review our wrong address policy:

  • If you have made an error in entering the shipping address, we will need to send you an invoice to cover the complete cost of re-shipping your order, once the product has been returned-to-sender to us.

  • If this is not your preference, the other option would be to refund your order, less our cost of shipping and the cost of the products.

This policy is not our preference choice. However, the easiest solution to this problem is to carefully review your address before you are finalise your order.
